Today, Jackman shares his personal experience on Facebook, regarding his breakthrough, which he achieved in the gym, after he reached 2000 meters on a rowing machine in just 7 minutes. According to Hugh, rowing is a great fat-burning exercise that you can do if you don't have enough time.
