A 15-minute workout for busy guys
For most busy people, time is of utmost importance when we mention the word "workout".
And when you only have 15 minutes to workout, your best choice is a metabolic workout that will give you strength, cardio and mobility, and it doesn't require any warm-up.
One of my favorite MetCon workouts is the classic 50-10 circuit, where you choose 5 different movements that together give your body a workout and alternate between them without stopping for 15 minutes. The workout density in this circuit is quite high, so you can maximize every minute of your workout.
- Dumbbell abdominal pulls, biceps raises
- Bear walk
- One-arm side lunge squats, right arm squats
- One-arm side lunge squats, left arm
- Burpee combination and side lunges.
This is 1 round. Do 3 rounds.
This can be done in any home or hotel gym, so there's no excuse not to do it.
