Not grounds for return:

3. colour shade (due to differences in screen calibration);
4. natural properties of materials (e.g., the smell of natural leather).

Exchange conditions:

• the item has not been used;
• original appearance is preserved;
• exchange is carried out at a delivery service branch or by prior agreement with us;
• exchange is possible only for standard-tailored items (without individual modifications).

Items not eligible for return: leggings, tops, jumpsuits and other garments that come into direct contact with the body. Such items are considered equivalent to underwear.

• When receiving the order at a delivery service branch, the client must carefully inspect the item and ensure it matches the order.
• If the client refuses the parcel at the post office, the client pays for both the original delivery and return shipping.
• After receiving the goods and leaving the branch, claims regarding appearance, size or other characteristics that could have been checked on site are not accepted (except in cases of manufacturing defect).
