Terms and Conditions of Ordering, Manufacturing, Exchange and Return
From the moment the order is placed, the goods are shipped within 1–14 business days.
We ship orders via Nova Poshta and other postal operators of your choice.
Sizes XS, L, custom-made orders and promotional items are shipped only with full prepayment (these items are not eligible for exchange or return).
For standard sizes, only return is possible, as we operate as an atelier.
Work Format
Most items are created individually for each client, taking into account your measurements, preferences for fit, length, colour and figure features. By placing an order, you confirm that you fully understand the individual nature of production.
Order Placement
To start manufacturing, you must provide:
- exact body measurements;
- preferences for fit, length, colour and other details.
Responsibility for the accuracy of the provided data lies entirely with the client. After all order details are agreed upon, payment is made.
Payment
We operate on a prepayment system:
- Orders within Ukraine:
- For starting production, a deposit of 1000 UAH is required.
- The standard prepayment is 50% of the order value.
- Full payment (100%): Required for sizes XS, L, as well as for custom-tailored items or those with individual parameters.
- International shipping: When shipping an order abroad, 100% prepayment is required. Delivery cost is paid separately according to the current postal service tariffs for the destination country.
The deposit confirms the seriousness of your intention, is included in the total order value, and is non-refundable if the client cancels the order after manufacturing has begun. From the moment the deposit is paid, the item is put into production.
Payment methods:
We offer several payment options so you can choose the most convenient one for you.
- bank card transfer;
- payment to a current account;
- other convenient options for you (agreed individually).
Return and Exchange
According to the legislation of Ukraine, goods made to individual order and of proper quality are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return is possible only if a manufacturing defect is proven.
Not grounds for return:
- does not meet personal expectations;
- fit features (when measurements were provided correctly);
- colour shade (due to differences in screen calibration);
- natural properties of materials (e.g., the smell of natural leather).
Exchange conditions:
- the item has not been used;
- original appearance is preserved;
- exchange is carried out at a delivery service branch or by prior agreement with us;
- exchange is possible only for standard-tailored items (without individual modifications).
Items not eligible for return: leggings, tops, jumpsuits and other garments that come into direct contact with the body. Such items are considered equivalent to underwear.
Receiving the goods:
- When receiving the order at a delivery service branch, the client must carefully inspect the item and ensure it matches the order.
- If the client refuses the parcel at the post office, the client pays for both the original delivery and return shipping.
- After receiving the goods and leaving the branch, claims regarding appearance, size or other characteristics that could have been checked on site are not accepted (except in cases of manufacturing defect).
